What's New This Year?

Online training schedule. You will receive 2 weeks of workouts at a time and daily reminder emails. You are responsible for logging an update/recap of your workouts even if you were not able to complete all of the assigned workouts; all other information you feel is pertinent to your training (i.e.: soreness, injuries, illness, etc.) This update must be returned to me in order for you to receive your schedule for the next 2 weeks. You can email your coach with any questions you may have and we will do our best to respond within 24 hours.

Team Elite Boot camp by April Thomson
Full biomechanical/gait analysis. We would like to work with you to determine any possible predictors of future injuries that you may acquire. We can work on strengthening, stretching, orthotic fabrication, and shoe recommendations.
Basic nutrition program By Cassie Dimmick will be included in the half marathon/marathon packet.
